HOW DO I SETUP A PRIVATE TOUR OF THE VENUE?

All private tours are by appointment only. Please make an appointment prior to your visit by filling out our inquiry form. 

Does Rava offer a preferred vendors list?

Yes, we offer a selection of approved and preferred wedding and event professionals, including full-service caterers, photographers, rental companies and event and wedding coordinators. All vendors must be from the preferred vendor list. Any outside vendors must be approved by management. Management reserves the right to refuse vendors.

Does Rava require an event planner or coordinator?

Yes, we require a professional planner at this property, a friend, relative or “day of” coordinator is not recommended. We want you and your guests to have the best experience possible therefore, we strongly recommend a full service planner that will be with you for the entire wedding planning process. We can provide a variety of options on our preferred vendors list.

What is your maximum guest count for weddings?

We can accommodate up to 1,000 guests for your special event or wedding at Rava Wines. We offer a variety of venue spaces to host an intimate ceremony in the olive grove to large corporate holiday parties.

Is there parking onsite?

Yes, we have ample guest parking just steps away from our venue including several ADA accessible stalls. 

Does Rava offer on-site accommodations?

Yes, Villa Giada is a three-bedroom, two bathroom luxury home equipped with everything you need for a weekend destination experience. MORE INFO

What is the alcohol policy at Rava?

All alcohol must be served by a licensed caterer, bartender or bar tending service. All bars must close, and alcohol service stopped 30 minutes prior to the end of your event. Only Rava wines permitted.
